Maritime List 350 – Situational

Having failed to find a younger partner who would eventually purchase my book business, I did a 180 and bought someone else’s book business instead. You can read about the surprising reversal in this week’s blog entry (below).

Meanwhile, here’s a representative sample of the breadth of subject matter represented in my recent buy. No shortage of maritime and New England, but also plenty of lit., Americana, travel, law, cookery, illustrated, philosophy, and… oh, the list goes on. And will go on for an additional 7500-10,000 items.

Now I’ll have something to do when I get old!
