Endeavour was a British J-class challenger for the 1934 America’s Cup. She was built by Camper and Nicholson in Gosport, England for Thomas Sopwith, who used his aviation expertise to make the design of the yacht was the most advanced of its day. outfitting her with a steel hull and mast. She won many races in her first season including against other J boats “Velsheda” and “Shamrock V.” However, she failed in her America’s Cup challenge against the American defender “Rainbow.” These blueprints were drawn by John Williams on February 20, 1935. They show old fold marks, but are otherwise in excellent condition. Two sheets, mounted on foam core and shrinkwrapped, ready for display.
