Hotel at Greenbush to Governor’s Island, that of the west shore from the mouth of the Erie Canal, at Albany, to Communipaw. – Stokes & Haskell “American Historical Prints” – E59A-m. The first edition was 1845. This is the second edition, with an errata slip preceding the 32 page explanatory booklet. According to Stokes, this edition has “additional identifications and… other slight changes.” It was issued in colored and uncolored formats. This copy is in very good condition in original binding with gilt cover decoration. It has been rebacked and the final fold in the panorama has been re-hinged. Otherwise in original condition. A splendid example!
